Getting started
Step 2 of 23
Create a translation project
A project connects one application to its source language, target languages, translations, glossary, API keys, and usage.
- Give the project a recognizable name.
- Enter the website domain that will serve the translated pages.
- Choose the language your original content is written in.
- Select every target language visitors should be able to use.
The default language is always the source of truth. If your application is written in English, choose English even when most visitors will use another language.
Framework choice comes next
Creating the project is not framework-specific. After it exists, continue into the Next.js guide to install the matching SDK.
